Blue Hurricane

Here is another look I did the other night featuring a smoky blue eyeshadow look. This technique, I refer to as the "horizontal smoky eye" since the colors are applied in a horizontal fashion in ascending order from lightest to darkest (but more and a YouTube tutorial on that later). This look sticks to all the classic 'rules' of blue shadow -- only below the crease and paired with orange-toned cheeks and/or lips. That being said, go forth, break some blue shadow rules, and be inspired!

* Stay tuned for a video tutorial on this look!

Would light pink blush be a big mistake with this look??

Thanks ey-mee! Glad you love it.
-- Light pink blush is totally doable with this look. Just make sure you coordinate with your blush, too!
