Orange A-Peel

I've actually done this look a ton of times in real life, but it's making its debut on the blog here as a bright, but not too bright look -- perfect for spring into summer. To bring this look into summer, I'd probably apply MAC Blush in Strada to the cheeks for a more "bronzed" complexion.

Brushes you'll need:

- MAC #'s 217 (blending brush), 214 (short shader brush), 222 (tapered blending brush), 242 (shader brush), 266 (small angle brush), and 116 (blush brush)

Products you'll need:

- MAC Eyeshadows in Gorgeous Gold, Goldmine, Kid, Tete-a-Tint, and Juiced
- MAC Paint Pot in Painterly
- MAC Powder Blush in Margin
- MAC Lipstick in Lightly Ripe
- MAC Tinted Lipglass in Pink Lemonade

- MAC Fluidline in Blacktrak

Supplemental:
- A brow-filling product - Mascara

Eyes...

[*
Apply MAC Paintpot in Painterly all over eyelids as a base using your fingers.
[*
Highlight the brow bone with a mixture of Gorgeous Gold and Goldmine [all the way down to the crease] (242).
[*
Shade in below the crease and blend highlighting colors with Kid (242).
[*
Apply Tete-a-Tint over Kid to intensify the outer V (222).
[* Line the lower lash line with Juiced (214).

[* Line
the upper lash line with Blacktrak (266).

Cheeks...

[*
Apply Margin to the apples of the cheeks. (116)

Lips

[*
Create coral lips by first applying Lightly Ripe and layering with Pink Lemonade on top.

Additional finishing steps: [Fill in eyebrows using MAC's #208 Angled Brow brush and MAC Eyeshadow in Charcoal Brown], [Tame unruly brows using MAC Brow Finisher in Clear], and [Darken lashes using MAC's Plushlash mascara in Plushblack].
