I am very excited about a new series of posts I'll be doing in honor of the upcoming Spring season! The series will feature looks from the Spring 2011 Ready to Wear (RTW) runway. From numerous designers' catwalks, I will attempt to recreate their beauty looks and show you how to do them at home using colors you may already have. For the first post in this series, Missoni has excellently displayed an upcoming trend for Spring 2011 -- the soft smoky eye. Shadow blends effortlessly into the model's natural skin tone with an ever-so-soft smokiness at the lash line. Of course, nude lips work best with this look as do sculpted cheeks using flesh-toned blush/bronzer.
