Spring 2010 Trend: Candy-colored Shadow #2

I'm on a vibrant eyeshadow roll! It's been many months since I've worn blue shadow, so here's a new look which I normally do with a MAC Fluidline Blacktrak base to make the blues more vibrant. However, I think I prefer this softer look:

Brushes you'll need:

- MAC #'s 214 (short shader brush), 217 (blending brush), 242 (shader brush), 222 (tapered blending brush), Small Angle Brush (263), and 116 (blush brush)

Products you'll need:

- MAC Eyeshadows in Vex, Vanilla, Dazzlelight, Nylon, Fade, Zonc Bleu, Steamy, Strike A Pose, Atlantic Blue, and Plumage
- MAC Paintpot in Soft Ochre
- MAC Powder Blushes in Peaches and Pinch 'O Peach
- MAC Beauty Powder in Joyous
- MAC Lipstick in Cherish
- Clinique Full Potential Lips lip gloss in Peach Plump
- MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack
- MAC Technakohl Liner in Graphblack

Supplemental: - A brow-filling product - Mascara

Eyes...

[* Cover the entire lid from below the brow to the lash line with Soft Ochre using your finger.
[* Apply a mixture of Vex, Nylon, and Dazzlelight to hightlight the area underneath the brow bone (217).
[* To the inner corner of the eye and the entire lid under the crease, apply Fade (242).
[* Pack on a mixture of Steamy and Zonc Bleu to the middle of the lid extending above the crease, blending with Fade (222).
[* Apply a mixture of Atlantic Blue and Strike A Pose to the crease meeting up to the other blue shades and highlight colors, concentrating color at the outer V (222).
[* Create more depth and smokiness with Plumage in the outer V (222).
[* Line the lower lash line with Graphblack (242).
[* Line the lower lash line with a mixture of Plumage, Strike A Pose, and Atlantic Blue (242).
[* Line the upper lash line with Blacktrack (263).

Cheeks...

[* Apply a mixture of Joyous, Peaches, and Pinch 'O Peach to just outside the apple of the cheek, blending out toward the hairline (116).

Lips

[* Apply Cherish Lipstick to lips and Peach Plump lip gloss
