Very First Post & LOTD using MAC Pink Bronze Pigment

Hi everyone! I'm excited & a bit anxious at the same time as this is my very first post. I'll be updating my profile a bit later so that we may be better acquainted, but for now, I'd like to get to some photos of the look I did a couple of days ago. It's a bit subtle, but still gives off enough color for a day to night spring/summer look. I hope you enjoy it.

Brushes you'll need:
- MAC #'s 165 or 109, 213, 217, 242, 188, and 116

Products you'll need:
- MAC Eyeshadows in Rule, Hush, Girlie, Gorgeous Gold, Girlie, and Ricepaper
- MAC Paint Pot in Rubenesque
- MAC Pigment in Pink Bronze
- MAC Blushcreme in Lilicent
- MAC Powderblush in Fleur Power
- MAC Lipstick in Skew
- MAC Tinted Lipglass in Pink Lemonade

Supplemental:
- A brow-filling product
- Mascara
- Dark eyeliner

Face...

Step #1: Apply moisturizer all over the face.
Step #2: Apply a primer in the areas where the most concentration of products will be (i.e. on the eyelids, underneath the eyes, around the nose, corners of the mouth, and chin.
Step #3: Apply concealer to spot-treat areas -- definitely the eyelids and underneath the eye.
Step #4: Since I didn't use any liquid or cream foundation, I just used a brush (MAC #165 or 109)to apply powder to set the concealer (MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Medium).

Eyes...

Step #5: Apply MAC Paintpot in Rubenesque all over eyelids as a base using MAC's 242 Shader brush.
Step #6: Apply MAC Eyeshadow in Hush to very top of brow bone directly underneath eyebrows and at the inner corners of the eyes using a short, dense brush such as MAC's 213 fluff brush (I used a brush from Body and Soul Cosmetics, the #4).
Step #7: Apply MAC Eyeshadow in Ricepaper underneath Hush stopping at the crease using the same brush in the last step.
Step #8: Apply Pink Bronze Pigment using MAC's #242 Shader brush underneath the crease across the eyelid and a tiny bit above the crease. You may have to dip into the pot several times, tapping off excess on a tissue before each application to get the desired sheen and pigmentation.
Step #9: Mixing MAC Eyeshadows Rule and Gorgeous Gold, use MAC's #217 Blending brush in a light, swepping, windshield wiper motion from the outer end of the crease to 2/3 of the way inward.
Step #10: Using the same #217 brush, swipe MAC Eyeshadow in Girlie over the middle of the crease, blending the darker orange/gold shadows and Ricepaper.
Step #11: Using the first fluff brush in step #6, line the lower lash line with Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow.

Cheeks...

Step #12: Using MAC's #188 Small Dual Fiber Face brush, lightly stipple MAC's Blushcreme in Lilicent on the apples of the cheek.
Step #13: Using MAC's #116 Blush brush, apply MAC's Powder blush in Fleur Powder over Lilicent on the outer half of the apples of the cheeks extending outward toward the hairline. Apply with a light hand because the powder brightens over the Blushcreme.

Lips...

Step #14: Apply MAC Lipstick in Skew and layer with MAC Tinted Lipglass in Pink Lemonade.
Step #15: Blot with a tissue to dull color a bit.

Additional finishing steps: [Fill in eyebrows using MAC's #208 Angled Brow brush and MAC Eyeshadow in Espresso], [Line eyes using MAC's #266 Small Angle brush and MAC Fluidline in Blacktrak], and [Darken lashes using MAC's Plushlash mascara in Plushblack].
