Here is another look I did the other night featuring a smoky blue eyeshadow look. This technique, I refer to as the "horizontal smoky eye" since the colors are applied in a horizontal fashion in ascending order from lightest to darkest (but more and a YouTube tutorial on that later). This look sticks to all the classic 'rules' of blue shadow -- only below the crease and paired with orange-toned cheeks and/or lips. That being said, go forth, break some blue shadow rules, and be inspired!

Eyes:
* Shadow base below crease – Black black
* Inner two-thirds – Steamy
* Outer third – Strike A Pose
* Outer V – Plumage
* Above Crease – Surreal
* Highlight – Vex

* Bottom liner – Steamy (inner third) + Strike A Pose (middle third) + Plumage (outer third)
